Kelsi Freer

Kelsi has been in the health industry working as a pharmacist for the last 13 years and joined the ph360 team 3 years ago as the PMPD case manager and is part of the education team.  She is passionate about all things personalised health and would like to bridge the gap between health personalisation and general practice to enable better patient health outcomes and reduction of chronic disease and polypharmacy into the future.
